I saw this TikTok two weeks ago that changed everything for me.

This girl who goes to the gym religiously said: "The difference between me and someone who doesn't go? I don't want to go either. I let myself feel tired. I let myself think about every excuse. But the difference is - I don't give myself the option not to go."

We don't negotiate with terrorists. We don't negotiate with our fucked up thoughts.

And it hit me - manifestation is the exact same thing.

Sarah (one of my coaching clients) messaged me last week. She manifested her SP back after 8 months of radio silence. But here's what she said that made me want to share this with you:

"I stopped waiting to feel ready. I stopped waiting to be in a good mood. I just did my SATS every single night and affirmed robotically throughout the day like you told me. Even when I felt like absolute shit. Even when I wanted to check his Instagram. I just didn't give myself the option to skip my routine. And then he texted me out of nowhere saying he made the biggest mistake of his life."

That's discipline.

Not motivation. Not inspiration. Not waiting until you "feel" like it.

Discipline is doing your techniques when you're tired. When the 3D looks like absolute garbage. When you want to spiral and check their social media and text your friends about how it's "taking too long."

You know what pisses me off about some of my coaching clients? I create this beautiful detailed routine for them. I channel their energy. I figure out exactly what techniques work for their specific situation. And then three days later they're like "it's not working."

Have you been doing the routine?

"No."

Then what the fuck was the point?

The time is going to pass anyway. You can either spend the next 6 months doing your routine and actually get your manifestation, or you can spend it complaining about how long it's taking and still have nothing.

Pick one manifesting routine. Commit to it like you'd commit to a person. For better or worse. For richer or poorer. In sickness and in health.

You don't leave your partner every time you have a bad day. So why are you abandoning your routine every time you feel tired or the 3D shows you something you don't like?

Abdullah slammed the door in Neville's face. "You are in Barbados."

Door slam. It's done.

That's the energy.

Here's what I tell my clients:

  • SATS in the evening

  • Alarm 10-30 minutes before you actually need to wake up—visualize or affirm in bed

  • Robotic affirming throughout the day

  • Mindful affirming when you have time (actually FEEL it and convince yourself until you're deluded)

Write that down. Commit to it. No matter what.

No matter if you're sick, sad, tired, broke, or the 3D is showing you the complete opposite.

You just keep going with your head to the grindstone until it manifests.
